ACCESS Wisconsin is the state’s online portal and mobile app for managing health, nutrition, childcare, and employment benefits. I designed the payments and HMO sections, focusing on usability and accessibility to simplify complex processes. My work improved how residents manage benefits, track renewals, and navigate healthcare options with greater clarity and confidence.
