Developing a network of navigators across the state

Texas Cares Rx is building a statewide network of volunteers to connect Texans with Patient Assistance Programs, helping them access low-cost or no-cost prescription medications. By partnering with local organizations, the program leverages existing community resources and reduces barriers to care. As a member of the design team, I created the visual design of the website that clearly conveys the program’s mission, making information accessible and approachable for all.
